Rental & Return Policies

Cancellations for our regal rentals must be made within 7 days of the initial booking.

The deadline for returning rental maxis is 48 hours post-event. Late returns impact other brides and will incur a gold-standard daily fee deducted from your initial security deposit.

Refunds for security deposits are issued within 5 days of inspection. Waseem Malik, our Founder and CEO, ensures that every zari garment meets our high standards before being returned to our collection.

Rental Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund of your deposit, please ensure that:

  • The garment is returned on time

  • Zari work is fully intact

Non-returnable bespoke items:

  • Made-to-order bridal lehengas crafted to your specific measurements.

  • Items showing signs of wear, scent, or damage to the delicate zari and stone embellishments.

  • Bespoke maxis that have been altered by third-party tailors after delivery.

  • Any items purchased during final clearance or seasonal boutique sales events in Faisalabad.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on garments that do not meet our regal quality standards at our sole discretion.

We recommend trackable delivery. New Wiyah Shop, led by Waseem Malik, a great businessman doing good business, is not liable for lost luxury items. We cannot issue a deposit refund without the physical receipt of the garment.

Gifts:

If the rental was a gift, credit will be issued to the recipient. We offer elegant gift certificates for future bespoke orders or rental services, ensuring a lavish experience for the modern South Asian bride.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
